Right now, there are only 2 curse enchantments in the game, being Vanishing and Binding. I feel like curses are an interesting game mechanic, though it is widely underused. I have a few curse ideas in mind, but to keep this suggestion organized, I'll just state my favorite idea: Curse of Tightening.
Curse of Tightening is a curse for armor that deals damage to the player when worn. The damage increases for each armor worn with the curse, and to make it even worse, the better protection your armor has, the more damage the curse does. (example- leather: low damage, netherite: high damage).
I'm not educated enough on game balance, and functionality to specify exactly how much damage is done, and how frequently the damage comes... but I will say, it should do enough damage that the player will definitely not want to wear this curse.
The reason I feel this curse should be added to the game, is for two reasons: one of which I already stated, in that the Curse mechanic is widely underused. But my second reason is the fact that currently, the two curses we do have aren't really a big deal to the player. Sure, they're annoying to say the least, especially if someone forces you to put on a Binding pumpkin... but, really, they both have an easy fix: just don't use items with curses on them. Which is why I suggest another feature for this curse; when enchanting items at a low level, you have a chance of getting this curse. (Low level = inexperienced... your magic could go wrong).
