Easy Coder Tools

It would be cool if there were tools in the game to help people make whatever they want. Instead of making a data pack or something like that, they could do it in-game! For example: You could add a Painter tool and a Canvas. With this, you could design textures. Or maybe you could add Function tool where you can set physics; gravity, walking speeds, how much hits to kill a mob, what does the new thing you could create do, etc. You could even add something like the Painter tool but instead of just designing textures for existing things in the game, you could use it to create something and design the textures from that. The possibilities are endless! I am no coder myself, I do not know how to use Javascript or access the Minecraft files, hence the reason I am suggesting this, but if there is some way to implement this into the game, then you would really be doing half the people reading this a favor. Thanks!
