New tool: The Adze

Can be used to make a smooth version of a block by clicking it with the adze tool in your hand. The adze can be crafted like these materials in this order on the crafting table,

(iron ingot) (stick) ()

(iron ingot) () ()

This tool would be useful for it would allow you to make smooth versions of blocks without having to combine blocks on a crafting table to make only one smooth stone.
