Chum Bucket

It would be a fishing aid that would be crafted with rotten flesh and a bucket. When right-clicked on open water it would decrease the wait time for a bite within a 5×4×5 vicinity for a certain amount of time. The affected area would have a bubble particle effect that looks like fish swarming. This would allow fishing to be more viable in the early stages of the game as a possible way to get items such as enchanted books and saddles, which otherwise could take hours of grinding due to rng and lack of enchanted rods.
