I would like to have an amplifier option for the "effect clear" command.
Players would be able to remove a specific amplifier instead of the whole effect, and so players would keep the other amplifiers, because effects can already stack.
For example, running the commands
- /effect give @s health_boost 50 0
- /effect give @s health_boost 5 3
would give 5 seconds of health boost with amplifier 3, and once that effect runs out, you would still have the other health boost (amplifier 0) effect.
It would look similar to the "effect give" command:
- /effect clear [<targets>] [<effect>] [<amplifier>]
