Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Complete Interchangeability With Cobblestone and Blackstone

Although Blackstone can be used to craft Stone tools in place of Cobblestone, Furnaces and Brewing Stands, it cannot be used to craft Dispensers, Droppers, Pistons and various other blocks that require Cobblestone. This is apparently an intended feature, but it doesn't make sense to me that Blackstone can be used in place of Cobblestone in some crafting recipes, but not all of them, and I would like to see this changed in a later update.

    I agree, complete interchangeability between cobblestone and Blackstone would really open up a lot of possibilities for the nether. It also is confusing as to why some recipes work interchangeably with cobblestone and Blackstone and others do not. I find myself constantly researching or testing different recipes to see if Blackstone can be used or not, which can be confusing and frustrating.
