So basically if you get shot or slashed by an entity there's a rare chance of bleeding effect. It will just lower your health bar like the poison effect. it can't be cured by milk and will only fade away till the timer stops.
On Easy: Lowest Chance
On Normal: Low Chance
On Hard: Medium Chance
On Hardcore: High Chance
