Reverse nether

A reverse nether. Build a nether portal but with crying obsidian to access. It's so cold there are streams of liquid nitrogen, dry ice, and superblue ice, which is even more slippery than blue ice. Also there are icy slimes that drop iceballs, which you can use to make a potion of liquid nitrogen resistance.

    Instead of liquid nitrogen resistance how about “frost resistance”

    What if you were forced to either:

    • Wear leather armor
    • Stay near a lit campfire (soul fire or regular fire)
    • Stay near fire/soul fire
    • Have the Frost Resistance effect (mudkip321 G3’s idea)

    Or else there would be blue borders around your screen and you would slowly take damage and have a Slowness effect until you die, giving the message “(player) froze to death.“

    That sounds pretty interesting and a really cool idea. Hope mojang considers this. Maybe it could be called the frozen tundra or froid or something like that
