Hoes and leaves in 1.16

Hoes have a large issue. I mined out two large trees of leaves, large oak trees, as it may be relevant, and my hoe is on the lowest durability. I think, it should operate like the Soul Speed enchantment. Chance of damage, maybe like 25-30 percent chance of loss of durability. if this keeps up, I would have to get 2 Iron Hoes to destroy a megataiga spruce tree.

    Just craft a new hoe, it's not really that expensive, and if you really are having an issue, enchant with unbreaking
