(Nether Biome) Wither Forest

The Wither Forest could be a new Biome in the Nether it could open up possibilities to new Trees and new Mobs. There could be Black Planks, Wither Skeleton Horses, Wither Piglins and more...

    Is it like the other 2 nether forests, Growing on nylium with giant fungus replacing trees, Or something new?
