Vain miner

You have to shift break a block then barracks multiple blocks but takes your hunger away from you

    Or durability, but then more then if you mine then without shift

    I think it should be a rare enchantment that also takes away twice as much durability that it normally would have took for each individual block. That would make it more balanced.

    I would call it vein miner, like an ore vein. Also think that's what efficiency enchantment is for, speed-mining.

    It should not be an inchantment but for below iron pick it breaks the tool after 1 use and have a cool down timer
