new dimension idea.

i propose a new dimension called the "Desolate Dimension" (DD). it is entirely flat except for a fortress made of bedrock that the boss there cannot penetrate. (see my other idea.) the ground is also made of bedrock, and unminable. it is populated by Withers, Wither skeletons, and Vexes.
