Make tnt in water deal no damage to mobs

Make tnt not hurt mobs while in water!  This means that we can make zombies fling from your house over and over, make flying shooting skeletons, and even chicken launchers.  Yes, I said chicken launchers.  Make an option that turns this off in case people don’t agree.  I think that people would use this creatively to make mob launchers.  You could even put this in a game to make mobs fly into an arena!

    All i can imagine now is just the same zombie walking into the same trap and getting flung further and further away.
