Rocky Islands

They could vary from small to large big rocks jutting out of the water. They could be made mostly of stone, basalt, and Blackstone, and there could be lots of gravel and the islands could have gravel beaches. No thing would live on these barren islands but they would have a few dirt blocks with grass growing on them. The rocky islands can generate near coasts or far out at sea. The farther away out at sea they generate, the smaller they would be. Dungeons, strongholds, ruined portals, and pillager out post would generate on the larger ones. This would be one way to bring Basalt to the overworld.
