Custom Recipes for Smithing table

The Smithing Table, as a Crafting Block, should support custom recipes for Add-On makers.

It would use a "smithing_table" for Tag. 2 inputs and 1 output for the slots.

    Update: smithing table recipes have been implemented and confirmed as working in beta 1.18.10.22!

    If you download the bedrock server, extract the zip, and go to "server/behavior_packs/vanilla_1.18.10/recipes", the only recipes are all the ones for the smithing table
