Composters Should Be Buildable With Nether Wood

With the lack of decay on Nether Wart blocks from the fungi trees and the sheer amount of miscellaneous vegetation in both Nether forest biomes, it feels like a way to compost that material should be achievable solely with materials from the Nether. This is especially true when you consider just how important bonemeal is in setting up long-term Strider and Hoglin breeding efforts, and in creating a renewable supply of the two Nether woods (both of which are absolutely gorgeous and probably the only woods where I like using the logs as well as the planks).
