If this block is placed down in the overworld or end piglins and hoglins will not turn zombified .
this is crafted with 2 netherrack on the middle sides.
1 beacon in the middle.
2 red stone 1 on top on the beacon and 1 on the bottom.
and the rest is netherrite scraps
