Add "Enable and Disable" on Mob item pick ups

I am trying to make a fantasy map, but its extremely difficult to give mobs armor and weapons when they dont pick the items up all the time, I believe this small change will be a great quality of life change! Enabling means 100 percent will pick up, Disable will never have the mob pick up items
