Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

BoA Fix: Bane of Abominations

Bane of Arthropods is bad

It went from being that enchantment you never wanted to that enchantment you never used. Smite has some usefulness because half of the monsters are considered undead, including a boss. Among the enemies you'll face, there is only really one arthropod that comes up often, spiders. So, it would make sense to instead have an enchantment that encompasses the other large monster category, abominations.

So with the more even categorization, the chart could look like:

  • Weak to Bane | Weak to Smite
  • Spider              |  Zombie
  • Cave Spider     | Zombie Villager
  • Silverfish          | Zombified Piglin
  • Endermite        | Husk
  • Creeper           | Drowned
  • Enderman        | Horse Zombie
  • Shulker            | Skeleton
  • Blaze               | Stray
  • Magma Cube  |  Wither Skeleton
  • Slime               | Horse Skeleton
  • Strider              | Vex
  • Ravager           | Ghast
  • Gaurdian          | Phantom
  • Elder Gaurdian | Zoglin
  • Ender Dragon   | Wither
