Bookshelves enchanting proximity

When using bookshelves to boost an enchanting level, I believe the 15 bookshelves should be able to be further apart, at least 2 if not 3 blocks of air inbetween. 

I suggest this change to allow more flexibility in designing enchanting tables within your base, or in any other structure.
