Keybind to Switch Monitors While in Fullscreen Mode

On Windows, the shortcut to switch a window between monitors is Windows+Shift+Arrow. It would be much more convenient for people with multiple monitors to be able to switch screens easily without going through the laggy settings menu to exit fullscreen mode, move the window, and enter fullscreen mode again.
