When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Adding to this idea, I would think introducing the new Netherite ingot into the mix. The recipe would use Netherite ingots instead of iron ingots, and, just like in the post, one Ender Chest.
I don't really like the idea of getting two Ender Hoppers from crafting one. Since this would be a slightly overpowered and end-game block, I say there should be only one Ender Hopper per recipe.
And adding to the recipe, to make it more end-game, you could also need an Ender Eye in the top slot of the crafting table.

Unusual Gaming I agree with the Eye and the fact that it gives 1, but I think Netherite might be a bit too costly. I mean, a stack of Ancient Debris only gives 16 netherite ingots. Just making 2 would only leave you with 6. Which at the best can only upgrade your armor, sword and pick. (thats what i would upgrade first tbh)

I like this idea. However, there would have to be some more limitations - you could send and item to the nether, transport it into another one right next to it and then send it back to the overworld in a totally different location... To solve this issue, I think that you should have to place the dragon egg on top of the sending Ender Hopper in order for it to work. This would mean that only one connection can be used (unless you dupe the dragon egg.... but lets just imagine they fix every duping glitch). The system would be useful for sending items back home when your inventory is full - you could just place the hopper and dragon egg, and then throw items into it.

Alternatively, to provide more than one set of hoppers being used, you could replace the dragon egg with a live shulker. It would be very difficult to get one to sit on top, but would make sense as shulkers are an end mob.

I also think that the hole in the top of the hopper should look like the end portal inside :)

KittyKat207434 You are right, 5 Netherite ingots is in fact a bit expensive. I'm thinking about putting the Smithing table to use... maybe we can put a hopper and an eye of ender? Or a Netherite ingot? I don't know. I'm waiting for your feedback.
