Ender Alloy (for 1.18 if 1.17 is already planned)

Title: Ender Alloy

This would be the equivalent of netherite but for the end and would present a new type of equipment buff better than diamond, perhaps the anti-pearl cooldown or something else related to the end (a bit like knockback resistance stops you from being hit into lava lakes) that would let you use ender pearls faster, and deal less damage. Maybe this would be an improvement to netherite, as in you combined an ender alloy ingot with a netherite tool and you would get the ender alloy tool, or maybe it would act in the same way as netherite and be an upgrade to diamond but would have some pros and cons over netherite. Perhaps netherite is better for armour while ender alloy is sharpened more easily, therefore doing more damage, but also have less durability. I think that giving items a character really helps the game, and I feel like this would be a good addition.
