New item: Totem of Growth

The totem of Growth is an off-hand item, that makes plants (saplings, seeds, sugarcanes, etc..) and non-hostile baby mobs grow faster within a 20 block radius. If placed on a totem stand (a block, where a totem can be placed on to), the totem of Growth will work without the player holding it (allows for a replacement for bonemeal). The totem of Growth can be bought from the max-level farmer villagers.

    I think this is a great idea. Also, I think that villages can generate with them but it should be rare.

    cool idea I'm always tired of using rain or water buckets and bonemeal
