'Turbulence Resistance' Helmet enchantment for Elytras

This enchantment, known as Turbulence Resistance would decrease damage dealt when colliding into walls and the floor when using an Elytra, I think it would be helpful because I tend to end up hitting walls and dying, maybe it's just me that this happens to but it is quite nuisance walking back to my stuff, that and I think it would be fun to collide into surfaces without dying.
