Using "Totem of Undying" to recover dead items

With the new nether update, death is super easy and especially when flying in a laggy server. Collecting items from dead in nether, especially without the elytra, is essentially impossible, not to mention when you are thousand blocks away and with unclear location.

Besides the deadchest plugin which is great and hardcore, it might be a great idea, where "Totem of Undying" can be used with a certain block (a certain tool desk) to summon players' items back.
