Netherite Dimension

Netherite is here, and there's no blocks that you have to have Netherite tools to mine, so why not add a dimension (and an associated block for the portal) that you need Netherite to get to, full of new possibilities for game progression.

    i like the idea of a netherite portal to get to a new dimension. it would be fun to have a dimentions update where new things are.
