Wheel barrow

It could be an add on to the mine cart, with sticks for handles and a chest to hold the items. Basically a mobile chest with similar operation to the boat.

    A wheelbarrow could be used for hauling raw materials like dirt, sand, stone, coal, ores, etc.  I would not use this to move crafted items around, as I would want a cart (attached to a horse) for moving chests and other usual goods in it.
