Applying XP levels to Mending

I think it would be really useful if we could take our XP levels and apply them to mending tools. We could have a block for this specific purpose, maybe like the mender or something? Anyway, mending on a Netherite tool is SUPER slow, even in an Enderman farm, so at this block, or just right in your inventory, hovering over your tool with mending would have clickable text that reads "Mend". Then you could take a specific amount of XP and put it into mending. If its a block, you could just put it in the slot on the left, and then click the text that says "Mend" beside it and you can take specific numbers of XP and put it into your tool. The smithing table already has something like this, just change the hammer to an XP orb, and change the slot with the Netherite Ingot to text that says mend. Pretty simple, and VERY useful.
