netherite horse armour and enchanting ability's on there armour eg. protection IV , mending I ,thorns III and unbreaking III

    All the enchantments of boots (except depth strider) - frost walker, soul speed, feather falling, protection, blast protection, projectile protection, fire protection, thorns, and mending and unbreaking (horse armor would have to be breakable)
