Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

I completely agree with you. This would have to be somewhat difficult to charge and craft however, maybe using one Ender Crystal surrounded by Crying Obsidian. Idk how I'd want to charge it though, maybe using an Ender Rod?

Hopefully we will get something like this if the End is ever updated!

The only problem with this is that, in order to be balanced, it would have to be obtained after defeating the enderdragon at least once. if there was a way to respawn when fighting the dragon for the first time it would be kind of overpowered

I gotten an idea It should be crafted with 6 endstone and 3 chorus fruit. Making it only possible after you defeated the ender dragon. And To charge it up You need to use chorus fruit.

I think it would be fine if you have it and then use it to respawn whilst fighting the Ender Dragon. It could be made to be impervious to the Dragon, but it could also be destroyed to make it easier.

I would have the block have an Eye of Ender on all sides. Each power level of the block would open the eye from closed to wide open. It could have some bedrock and End Portal/Gateway textures on it.

I was thinking that Ender Pearls could be used to charge it up, but they would be fairly common in the End, so I am not sure. On the other hand, glowstone is pretty common in the Nether...

Eyes of Ender could be used to charge it up. In the same way that the Eye of Ender in the End Crystal recipe is what guides the beam to the Ender Dragon, the Eye of Ender in this recipe would guide the player to the Respawn Anchor when they die

It could also resemble the End Portal Frames a bit, or maybe endstone and Purpur blocks

If Ender Pearls are used to charge it up, the explanation could simply be that it stores the Ender Pearls until the player dies. In fact, this block could be called an Ender Pearl Stasis Chamber, or End Chamber. It would also be cool if it could be activated without dying, but that may be too OP

The Dragon Egg could be used in this, either as a feature or in the recipe for this block. I think it would make sense, as if YOU are being hatched from the egg. On the other hand, it would only be for one player, unless Dragon Eggs are made renewable

We don't need a new block for specifically respawning in the End. We should just be able to use the current respawn anchor for the End too. Most players probably wouldn't want to deal with 2 different types of respawning systems with different ingredients to do it. Just make it simple like MC usually is. The Nether & the End are related anyways. And beds already explode the same way a respawn anchor currently does in the End, so no 1 is going to detonate respawn anchors instead of beds. Until we ever get a new dimension in the far future, there's no reason to have more than 1 respawn anchor.

OK let's say that the anchor work for both for both, what about the bed then? Shouldn't the bed act as a spawn point for all dimesions. I'm sorry but another new block have to be made.

This!! Especially with the new Echo Shards, there's a new way to bring this into the game unique from the Nether version and the Overworld's beds
