Faster Netherite Tools

Netherite Tools should be faster than diamond tools.

There is no reason to upgrade a pickaxe to netherite. It takes long to farm and there is only a little durability bonus. Netherite swords do more damage and netherite armor reduces knockback, but the other tools don't have a bonus.

I think netherite tools should be improved, so it's possible to instant mine more blocks with a Haste II beacon and an Efficiency V pickaxe:

Cobblestone

Concrete (Which would be useful because then there would be a way of making concrete at a decent speed without having to build a TNT machine)

Basalt (Because it fills large parts of the nether just like stone does in the overworld, and when digging big areas this would make a big difference.)

Nether Bricks

Blackstone

Wooden logs and planks (with an Axe)

Or make it possible to mine blocks at a speed between instant mining (~20 blocks per second) and not instant mining (~3 blocks per second) because how it is now makes no sense, and when instant mining blocks and switching to regular speed the difference feels huge.
