Fix Magma Cube Spawn Rate

Magma Cubes spawn way too frequently in Basalt Deltas, I understand its their home biome, but combined with the generation of the biome it becomes very very difficult to pass through a Basalt Delta in order to find a way to other biomes in the Nether.

    Even building a tunnel through the deltas is quite annoying. Even doing things that prevent mobs from spawning dont seem to stop them. Maybe add them at least to the list of mobs scared of the soul lantern
