Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A Netherite watering can? Just use bonemeal, which is in abundance, or patience, which appears to not be.

You can use bonemeal which is extremely easy to get. All you need is bones or a composter from a village (or you can craft one).

I love that idea! I like to have indoor gardens, but you don't just make a hole in the ceiling, or put a river in your house. Also, watering cans would be very useful.

    Instead:

A watering can being craftable from iron that would allow manual watering of farmland without the need of other water sources.

I would suggest a Copper Watering Can. It would be nice to have some copper tools that can only be made from copper.

A Copper Watering Can could water farm plans as suggested but also quickly convert dirt blocks to mud blocks.
