Netherite scraps in all bastions

Now with piglin brute we have a new challenge in bastions, increasing the difficulty of the adventure, but not all the bastions have a loot satisfactory enough...

An example is the hoglin stable bastion, this bastion like all the others is hard to navigate, but sometimes you can get all the chests bur yet end with not even one scrap.

With this in mind, all the bastions should have a chance to get scrap or debris, even if its a minimal one.
