Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Obsidian tools and armour

Obsidian armour would have blast protection like the obsidian block And the tools would be stronger and would last longer than other tools. It would be the strongest armour and tools in the game.

    Let's make Netherite, the first tier added in over 10 years, be made obsolete by a much more common, and easily craftable, material. Wait...

    I like it but I feel netherite should still be the strongest with diamond being just below obsidian

    Maybe obsidian armour should only be able to get crafted with a netherite stuff so it doesn’t make netherite obsolete

    I think we shouldn't have obsidian tools due to the fact that netherite was just added. Just the armour. It could give the effect of slowness II but also give fire resistance for 30 seconds once you get in lava. Sort of like the turtle helmet.

    I also agree with PierciengPoet642. Obsidian is extremely easy to obtain. The crafting recipe would have to be different from other armours, or have a major disadvantage.

    They should last longer and higher protection and when something provokes the armour it will bounce back there should be an obsidian pickaxe for stronger and faster mining and an obsidian sword for stronger weaponry and an obsidian axe for cutting wood faster and a obsidian as well as a obsidian hoe for faster and easier farming, obsidian armour for stronger protection (with shield), and obsidian shears for better wool farming.
