Piglin dance emote!!!

Add an emote called "Do the Piglin" and it uses the Piglin victory dance!!

    If you’d like, you can actually already use the piglin’s dance animation in-game (Bedrock edition for sure) if you have operator when you type the following command in-game:

    /playanimation @s animation.piglin.celebrate_hunt_special i 1000000

    :D

    Yeah, and its a pretty good thing if we could get it by killing hoglins, like some achievement do
