Structure void blocks, the small intangible counterpart of barrier blocks, are used to avoid saving air blocks when using structure blocks. However, they also have other uses, such as stopping the flow of liquids, holding up carpets, and until recently they could have gravity blocks on top of them to stop them from falling. The fact that they can no longer be used to make floating gravity blocks is a setback for map builders, as now it's either string or barrier blocks, both of which have flaws. I think this feature should be brought back.
