new hoe functionality/enchantement

I think it wolud be great if you can destroy only fully grown seeds with a hoe, so when you are harvesting, you don't need to watch out for the ungrown seeds. This could also be implemented via a hoe enchantement.

    Or perhaps an new hoe enchantment could increase the till's area of effect.
