Make netherwart blocks decay

In the nether update huge fungus have been added as a form of tree in the nether. Netherwart blocks function as the leaves, however they do not go away once the stem is destroyed, leaving and ugly blob of netherwart blocks in the air. I propose that naturally spawned netherwart block decay when there is a not a stem block close to them, similar to how leaves decay on trees. This way the atmosphere looks cleaner when you harvest the stems and netherwart blocks placed by the player still do not decay.

    Yes please! Also, they should be replaced when newly grown nether trees try to occupy the same space similar to how all other leaf types are replaced by newly grown wood. In both cases the current functionally makes it incredibly annoying to farm them because they all must be harvested by hand before you can grow new nether trees in the same area.

    Also, while we are at it, growing them should not convert the block below back to regular netherack meaning you need to bonemeal to regrow the nyleum.
