Witches are some of the most dangerous mobs, especially in bedrock edition. The ability to see through walls, spawn anywhere (like in a cave), and their poisons ignoring your armor, it seems they should drop something useful to make it worthwhile, much like how evokers drop totems.
Enchanted Bottles are tools that allow you to contain a single mob inside them, with a durability of 10 (can be enchanted with unbreaking, but not mending). When a mob is trapped with a right click, you have to right click again to release them, releasing them will use durability. There should be a low chance of this dropping, maybe 6% plus 4% for each level of looting (a total chance of 18% at level 3)
Only certain mobs can be trapped in the bottle, and they can't be hostile towards you, or bottling them up isn't possible. So if it's a hostile mob, you'll have to find a way to sneak up on them with invisibility or something. Also, pets (and anything else you can tame or trust, like horses or foxes) can't be bottled up unless it's by the owner. If you die, whatever is inside the bottle is released, and a pet will teleport back to the player's spawn point.
Mobs that CAN'T be bottled:
Endermen (they could teleport out)
Ghasts (too big)
Sea mobs (water in the way)
Ender dragon
Other mini boss or boss mobs
Silverfish
Pets you don't own
