Character appearance-Puppy

Dear creators of Minecraft, I hope your day is going beautifully! I know this is indeed a rather odd request but it is in my hopes that you may hopefully consider it. I adore our canine companions dearly and I was hoping if it was in any way possible; you might be able to add the ability to change the appearance of our characters to get to be our four legged friends. The additions of breeds as well as running around on all fours would simply be extraordinary! I would love to see the ability to get to be a dog or a puppy! The thought of getting to run around in the biomes at the same level as all of the other animals sounds like a grand time!
