Add lead to minecraft

Lead would be a interesting and useful metal in minecraft it would be found in birch biomes and common it would be found at the same layer as iron and would be used for things like lead tipped arrows which would do more damage but not go as far because the lead is heavy and it could also be crafted into sinker and and used to catch more fish or more rare fish it could also be used as a metal block for decoration and wearing lead armor would make you sink like a rock in water and prevent you from swimming this could be very useful epically for under water when you have a conduit active and are building and living under water and you want to stay on the ground lead could also be used to for music blocks to make low tinging sounds
