Xbox one disable directional roll option

One of my Xbox controllers has drift on the right joystick meaning that whenever the roll ability is off cool down it makes my character roll up. It really makes playing with others a chore because one of us will have to use the faulty controller and I don’t want to buy a new one. If it is possible could we get a disable directional roll option so that people with this issue can play without any hassle. We already have a designated roll button (right bumper) so players can still roll by pressing that button instead of moving the right joystick. I know it’s not the biggest issue and you probably have more pressing matters but it would really help.

    The same happens to me on my switch. It's frustrating and was completely unexpected at first. I understand that we might need to roll in some cases (Enchantments on Armor, Escaping Mobs, Etc.), but we already have a button for that, in which we can customize. No need to add something that we are not going to use unless we want to.
