Withered Strider

I was thinking how if there are skeleton horses in the overworld why can there not be skeleton striders in the nether? Introducing the Withered Strider. These creatures spawn only in the soul sand valley and unlike normal striders this strider moves at the speed of a strider walking on lava, but it moves that speed on the land. These striders will spawn with a wither skeleton riding them. Withered Striders are not hostile unless being ridden by an angry mob. When killed Withered Striders will drop 0-3 bones 0-2 coal and some experience. To wrap it these mobs will be a great addition to the nether and with a few votes we can get this mob added.
