Construction: Chest + Item Frame + Item

Synopsis: Create a Toolkit and place all of one type of non-stackable item in the chest. The item frame has up to 8 different ways to sort the items based on the direction the item faces in the Item Frame when opened.

Description: Once created, the Toolkit can be set on the ground and the Item Frame displays on the side of the Toolkit. How the items are sorted depends on the position of the item in the Item Frame.
Default, Position 0, is not sorted.
Position 1 orders the items by name, if there is not a name, random sort.
Position 2 is sorted by Strength of items. For example a shovel with Efficency II is in position 0 and Efficiency I is placed in postion 1, and no Enchantment gets placed last in Random order.
Position 3 is sorted by Durability of items. For example, a shovel with 75% Durability is in position 0 and a shovel with durability of 25% is in position 1, etc.
Position 4 is Reverse Position 1
Position 5 is Reverse Position 2
Position 6 is Reverse Position 3
Position 7 is Locked and Reserved. No new item can be placed in the chest in the reserved position unless the item is destroyed.
