Caretaker villagers

Hello, I hope you take time in reading this. I think that there should be a caretaker villager. The jobside block should be a new block called the bathtub. In the bathtub when you and your pet are near it there will be a choice of washing your pet. It will take three minecraft days for your pet to get fully dirty. Your pet will have dirt on it and brown particles flowing off your pet. In the bathtub it will take 10 seconds to wash the pet. If the pet is in any sort of water it will be washed also but takes 30 seconds. The caretaker villagers house will be bigger than all of the other villagers houses. Inside it looks like a giant playhouse. In the house there will be a bathtub, bed, and chest. In the chest should be emeralds, or RARELY a spawn egg. How to make a bathtub is 5 iron and a water bucket In this order in the crafting table:

The caretaker villager will have trade for spawn eggs and emeralds.
