"A Sliver lining"

A new set of tools called the "rusted tools". Tools that at first are rusted but when dropped in a cauldron can at random become any type of tool from stone to diamond. But very rarely they can become a new type of tool a "sliver tools". They do more damage than stone but less than iron. They are also the tool counterpart to the chainmail armor in that rusted tools are only obtainable through rare drops by zombies, skeletons, chest, and trading.
