Add a "Force Unicode" button to Bedrock [Parity]

On Java Edition, if you use characters that are not part of the standard font, or you want to make the text more compact, you can click "Force Unicode" under Language settings to have all of the text in the Unicode font.

There is no such thing on Bedrock however, so users whose language includes special characters have one half of the text in normal font and the other half in Unicode font.

"Force Unicode" would be a very easy solution.
