Whenever I use the /effect command it tells me what effects I can use above where I'm typing but, when I try using the /particle command in Minecraft it doesn't tell me what particles I can use. This, in my opinion, is a problem, I should be able to see a list of particles when I type the command and its not the only command that does not give suggestions to. It doesn't show suggestions for /playsound, /particle, /summon (for spawn events), etc. What I would like to see change is just to go threw each command and add a list of suggestions to each one so that there are easier to use.
For example, when summoning a cat the spawn events should be shown in a list like this (above where your typing)...
minecraft:entity_spawned
minecraft:spawn_from_village
minecraft:spawn_midnight_cat
minecraft:entity_born
minecraft:ageable_grow_up
minecraft:on_tame
minecraft:pet_slept_with_owner
minecraft:cat_gifted_owner
when you want to use a particle, the list of particles would look like this...
minecraft:campfire_smoke_particle
minecraft:campfire_tall_smoke_particle
minecraft:cauldron_bubble_particle
minecraft:cauldron_explosion_emitter
minecraft:cauldron_spell_emitter
minecraft:cauldron_splash_particle
minecraft:colored_flame_particle
minecraft:conduit_absorb_particle
minecraft:conduit_attack_emitter

minecraft:critical_hit_emitter......
